I’m Sam. I work with organizations that are sitting on more expertise than they know what to do with, and I help them make it move. For fifteen years I've worked with global tech companies, federal agencies, and universities. Whether my title has been “performance consultant,” “instructional designer,” or “learning specialist,” the problem is usually the same: smart people, stuck knowledge, and a gap between what an organization knows and what it can actually do.
