I'm Sam. I work with organizations that are sitting on more ideas than they know what to do with, and I help make them move. I've worked with global tech companies, state & federal agencies, and universities. Whether my title has been "performance consultant," "instructional designer," or "L&D specialist," (or even "product designer," "ops strategist," or… you get the idea) the problem is usually the same: there's a gap between what the organization is doing today and what it's actually capable of.
